Our shop is nestled in the heart of the Gallatin Valley, Manhattan, Montana. We are located at 118 E. Main. We joke that it's the smallest country shop in the West, but being small doesn't mean we don't have lots to sell. Most customers make 2 or 3 trips around to make sure they haven't missed anything. We carry a great combination of country items that complement each other well. Along with antiques, we carry some wonderful paper goods in notecards, list pads and recipe cards. We have a nice selection of cotton toweling, enamelware, candles of all shapes and sizes, locally handmade soaps, quilts, both old and new, and we even have penny candy. Essentially we carry everything a primitive country person loves. Proprietors Cheryl Ott and LaVonne (Sissi) Stucky have had their retail business since 1996 and have been crafting and creating much longer! This site is an extension of Country Pickins and we are happy to be able to offer a larger variety of items for sale here. We are excited to offer fleece, fresh off the farm from both Sissi's and Cheryl & Bill's sheep as well as yarn from Sissi's Shetland/Romney sheep. We are also pleased to offer some of their quality handmade items and other goodies we carry in the shop. Come back often, because you never know what we might find on the farm (or up our sleeves)!
